Western Datacenter – Refund and Cancellation Policy

Western Datacenter (westerndatacenter.com) is a fully owned project operated by Miami Cyber Soft (a registered IT service provider in Bangladesh).

1. Eligibility for Refunds At Western Datacenter, we strive to ensure total customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our digital services, server provisions, and software licenses, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

• Web Hosting Services: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new web hosting subscriptions if the service is found to be technically faulty or unresolvable by our support team.

• Dedicated Servers & Softswitch Solutions: Due to infrastructure allocation costs, setup fees, and data center expenses, dedicated Linux/Windows servers, VOS3000, and VoipSwitch configurations are non-refundable once the server has been provisioned and delivered to the client.

• Digital Software Licenses: Software licenses and one-time setup add-ons are strictly non-refundable once the activation key or license file has been issued.

2. Service Disruptions If a service experiences major prolonged downtime or disruptions directly caused by our infrastructure, and our technical support team fails to resolve it within 48 business hours, clients may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund at our sole discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund To request a cancellation or refund evaluation, you must open a formal support ticket through our billing area or contact us at [email protected] with your invoice details. Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible period of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
